We generally say allow 7-14 days for delivery depending on your delivery address. For many country locations, WA, NT & Tasmania please allow approximately 2-3 weeks.

The standard delivery service by most couriers is to kerbside of the address stated. Drivers will often offer to assist however, please be advised that you may need to assist either fully or in part, to get the items into your property or room of choice. If additional delivery requirements are required, please ask prior to ordering so that our team can look into these requirements for you. Unfortunately amendments to the delivery once dispatched are not guaranteed.  

Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that any orders will fit through doorways, stairwells, elevators and staircases. This includes any tables with tops in excess of 220cm. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery who can advise. A delivery charge will need to be applied should our team need to return an item or use more specialist equipment than the standard two-man crew.

Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, it is the customer’s responsibility to move any pets and minors out of harms’ way during the delivery for safety reasons. 

You must notify BWD of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by filling in the online returns form found at the footer of the homepage. Failure to do so, will mean that any transit insurance policy will be voided and BWD Interiors will not be liable. The onus is on you to report any faulty or damaged goods immediately. 

Our suppliers require photograph/s indicating the damage to the item/s, as well as a brief email describing damage to the product, including any other relevant information (such as damage to packaging).

Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will liaise directly with our supplier/s to resolve the issue as soon as possible to minimise your inconvenience. .

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no charge as long as they are reported within the required 24 hour period. Please note we do require all original packaging to be kept for all damaged or faulty items, until advised it can be disposed of.

In the event that a product is out of stock, BWD Interiors will contact you by email to give you an indication as to availability and an anticipated delivery time.

If you have paid for an item/s that have subsequently sold out or are unavailable and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund or exchange for other items.

BWD Interiors will do everything possible to request that the logistic company contacts you in advance, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if they do not facilitate such a contact.

If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the logistics company will leave a missed delivery advice card in your letter box advising of the failed delivery. The goods will then be returned to their local depot and you will then need to make contact with the logistics company directly to arrange an appropriate time for a re-delivery.

Eligibility

To make purchases through this Site, you must be over 18 and will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address, and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate users without prior notice if our Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products you have ordered are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if your email address has not been provided). No agreement is formed with the User and the Website until an order has been accepted and processed, and an order confirmation has been sent to you until such time orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase the products or services on the Website.   Until an agreement is formed, we have the right to reject such offers at any time.

Products sold on this Website are not intended for resale or distribution. If we believe the User to be intending to re-sell or distribute items ordered from the Website we reserve the right to cancel the orders and suspend accounts.

Once orders have been delivered to the delivery address specified by the User, you will assume any risk for the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Payment 

All prices displayed are inclusive of GST and are correct at the time of them being entered into the system, however, we reserve the right to change prices on the Website at any time without notice to you.

You may only use one discount code per order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.

Payment can be made by any major credit card or PayPal on the website.

Discounts and Coupon Codes 

Only one coupon can be applied per order and not all coupons work in conjunction with other promotions or offers. All coupon codes are subject to stock availability and the expiry date of the coupon codes, which is at the discretion of BWD Interiors. Coupon codes are only redeemable on the BWD Interiors website and aren’t valid on third-party websites or market places we may also sell our products. Coupon codes must be applied before completing checkout, codes can not be retroactively applied. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions upon which the discount codes were issued and these terms and conditions, the discount code terms and conditions prevail.
